Your Opportunity with CBI

As an Associate member of Community Bankers of Iowa you have a tremendous opportunity to present yourself and your correspondent services to our member banks in a variety of ways.  Let me briefly remind you of the many opportunities CBI offers for involvement and contact with your fellow bankers:

• You can attend and participate in our Annual Convention in July of each year.  Except for board meetings, all sessions and events are open to you.
• Sponsorship opportunities are available at the Annual Convention, the CBI Fall Golf Outing, and the Leaders of Tomorrow Spring Meeting.
• Join the 100 + bankers who play in the September PAC Golf Outing at TCI.
• You can submit a seminar or non-sales presentation topic and presenter for consideration by the education committee.
• You can register as a speaker for CBI supported peer groups.
• You receive a list of current member banks at the beginning of each year and can present yourself to them as an Affiliate Member.
• Your company name, product or service description and contact information will appear free in our CBI Desktop Planner/Educational Calendar and on our website. You can sponsor an entire month in the planner to keep your name in front of our members and prospective members.
• You can submit newsworthy, informative (non-sales) articles to our monthly newsletter and receive recognition and attribution for them.
• You can schedule and use our CBI Conference room at no cost for seminars or presentations you want to offer to member banks.
• You can attend CBI educational seminars at the discounted member bank rate.
