Leaders of Tomorrow members held their 2022 Fall Business Meeting at Iowa Hawkeye football's Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, Iowa.
The Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is a program created by the Community Bankers of Iowa to enhance the growth, leadership, and networking skills of future banking leaders. The program includes an Annual Leadership Development Conference and a few Business Meetings throughout the year.
Speakers at the LOT Business Meetings address timely topics in the banking industry, leadership development, and best practices. LOT meetings are designed to encourage brainstorming discussions with peers, asking questions, and problem solving. |
