The Leadership Development Conference is an annual meeting among CBI's Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) group. The Conference was designed for members of LOT, the up and coming leaders in Iowa's community banks.
Speakers at the Conference address timely topics in the banking industry, leadership development, and best practices. LOT members have the chance to network, discuss common community banking issues, and exchange ideas.
