Each year the Des Moines Register compiles a list of their Top 100 Workplaces in Iowa. A survey of 22 questions determines who is designated, and several CBI Member community banks made the list in 2014. Slated among those making the cut include:
Top Small Companies:
#4 - Libertyville Savings Bank, Fairfield (Video)
#7 - Iowa State Bank, Algona
#26 - C US Bank, Cresco
#32 - TS Bank, Treynor
#36 - Two Rivers Bank & Trust, Burlington
#37 - Bank Iowa, Independence
Top Midsized Companies:
#28 - West Bank, West Des Moines
#34 - Central Bank, Storm Lake
Top Small Companies:
#4 - Libertyville Savings Bank, Fairfield (Video)
#7 - Iowa State Bank, Algona
#26 - C US Bank, Cresco
#32 - TS Bank, Treynor

Top Midsized Companies:

#34 - Central Bank, Storm Lake
Clear Lake Bank and Trust in Clear Lake and TS Bank in Treynor have made the list for the last four years. Grinnell State Bank and Titonka Savings Bank did not make the Top 100, but were still considered "achievers" due to their scores finishing above the national average.
